Heat Reflective Paint for reduction of heat from roof tops. The coating can be applied to tiles, metal asphalt, walls, concrete & is easy to apply. The coating comes in white colour & can be applied by applying primer coat on the substrate.

At times people also call these coatings as Heat Resistant Paints. Heat resistant coatings are specially prepared to withstand high heat temperatures for prolonged period of time.

The presence of silicone resins increase heat resistance of paints as result of which the paint will not degrade or tarnish quickly as compared to the conventional paints or coatings. The heat resistant coatings are not the same as fire retardant paints. The latter is prepared to tolerate fire damage.

Anti-Corrosive Paint

Anti corrosive paint is a composition of corrosion resistant pigments such as zinc chromate, lead chromate, zinc oxide, zinc dust, zinc chromate, or red lead. Linseed oil is used as a binder in the anti corrosive paint.

Anti corrosive paints should have quick drying and hardening properties. It has good abrasion resistance, good rust prevention, water resistance and good impact resistance. It is a cheap and long lasting corrosion protection.

Anti corrosive Paints are applied on metallic surfaces. It is also applied on ferrous metal, cast iron and steel surfaces. Anti corrosive paints are used for preservation of structural steel work against acid fumes and adverse weather conditions.

bitumen paint is ideal for use in areas where an effective waterproof, weatherproof, chemical and corrosion resistant protective coating is needed. Bituminous coating can be used both externally and internally.

It is resistant to low concentrations of alkalis and acids and can withstand prolonged oxidation. Suitable for application to a wide variety of materials including iron and steel, lead, zinc, aluminium, asbestos, cement, concrete, stone, wood, felt and brick and is mainly used for, metal protection, corrugated iron sheets, fire escapes, stairways, ladders, storage tanks, gutters, down pipes, fences, railings, gates etc.

Epoxy Paints

Epoxy is a thermosetting polymer that is produced from a reaction of a resin with a specific hardener. Epoxy is used as an adhesive in several forms like epoxy primer and epoxy glue. It is used for epoxy floors and other applications.

Epoxy thinner is a mix of solvents and alcohols intended for utilization with the majority of epoxy coatings. It is a strong thinner that evaporates rapidly and prevents sags. It has characteristics of corrosion resistant, strong adhesion, and resistance to chemicals.

The resin and hardener are mixed in particular quantities to commence curing. When the temperatures at application are high, slow thinners are used to improve the product flow.

Automotive Polyurethane coating (also known as Automotive PU coating) on metal provides a thin film, high gloss finish with exceptional weathering performance characteristics. Polyurethanes are normally used to topcoat high build epoxy and inorganic zinc.

Both oil- and water-based polyurethane can be applied to latex/acrylic paint; however, oil-based polyurethane will create a yellow or amber hue, especially to light colors. To add durability without affected color, use a water-based finish.

PU (Poly) Synthetic Leather is a man made material that will represent the look and feel of Genuine Leather but in fact is NOT. This PU material is far less durable, considerably cheaper in cost, and may not last long if used often.

PU Exterior is an acrylic based clear coating, which offers excellent weather resistance, light-fastness and UV protection.

Polyurethane coatings are particularly recommended for application to surfaces subject to high levels of wear-and-tear, where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required.

Polyurethane stain blends are available in the most-common wood stain colors. They are applied over the old finish, and aren't designed to soak in, so you don't have to sand or strip off the polyurethane.

Efflorescence from masonry (concrete, render, brick or plaster) that appears as white alkaline salts on the surface, consists mainly of calcium carbonate. A reasonable amount of moisture is generally required for the formation of calcium carbonate.

Efflorescence will only stop forming when the migration of moisture through the substrate stops. Unless the source of the water (moisture) causing the efflorescence is traced and eliminated (if possible) then it is highly likely that the salts will continue to reappear over time.

Efflorescence and salts can be removed by dry brushing with a stiff bristled brush followed by wet sponging the surface with a mild 5% solution of white vinegar (Acetic Acid) in water.

Anti-Rust Coating Paints

Anti-Rust coating allows added protection of metal surfaces and acts as a barrier to inhibit the contact between chemical compounds or corrosive materials. A wide variety of anti corrosion coatings is available.

Rusting is the common term for corrosion of iron and its alloys. Any Iron material when exposed to both oxygen and water is bound to rust - unless a preventive coating is applied on to it.

For Coastal Areas - due to higher Moisture - Rusting is a common Phenomenon on Iron & Steel Products. Additional is the Sea Water Proximity - The presence of salt acts as a catalyst, accelerating the corrosion chemical reaction process.
